Choose the one that fits, and the rest of the page follows from it.
Unity Aid works across disability, aged care, veteran support and a community centre. Not sure which one fits? A phone call usually settles it.
These are the four areas Unity Aid works in. Each has its own page, and every one of them starts the same way, with a conversation about what you actually need.
Your goals, your routine, your choice of worker. Personal care, high-intensity support, community access, domestic help, transport and respite.
Staying independent and comfortable, in your own home. Personal care, domestic help, meals, transport, social support and respite.
Consistent workers, and time taken to listen. In-home personal support, domestic help, social support and respite.
Somewhere to go, not a service delivered to you. Activities, gentle exercise, life skills, outings and centre-based respite.
Eleven supports, each with its own page. They sit under NDIS above, and every one of them is listed here so none is left without a way in.
Most people are not, at the start. Say what is going on and someone will point you at the right one, or tell you honestly if it is not something Unity Aid can help with.

We say which of the four it fits

And what happens after that

Call or email and describe the situation. Working out which support fits is what the first conversation is for.
Finding the right support can be challenging, but it shouldn’t feel overwhelming.
