Your goals, your routine, your choice of worker.
We provide flexible, respectful and person-centred NDIS supports that are tailored to each participant’s needs, goals, preferences and lifestyle.
An NDIS plan says what is funded. Unity Aid works out what that looks like day to day.

Unity Aid works with participants and the people who help arrange their support. What follows sets out the NDIS supports provided, who can send a referral, and what happens after you get in touch.
Six areas of support, from personal care to high-intensity

An enquiry form that takes about a minute
Unity Aid provides support across six areas of the NDIS, each one shaped around the participant’s goals, routine and the way they prefer things done.
Showering and personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and continence support, meals, mobility and transfers, and daily routines.
Complex bowel care, PEG support and oversight, hoist and transfer support, wound monitoring, and high-intensity care under an approved plan.
Appointments, shopping and community access, social outings, recreational activities, confidence and independence, and community events.
Cleaning, laundry, changing bed linen, basic household tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping assistance.
Transport to and from appointments, community activities, shopping, work or education, and visits to family and friends.
In-home respite, support for families and carers, short-term scheduled assistance, and flexible day support, with evenings and weekends by arrangement.
Our team is here to listen, answer your questions and help you find the right support. A phone call is often the quickest way to start.
Choosing a provider comes down to the people who turn up. These are the nine things Unity Aid holds to on every NDIS plan.

A referral does not have to come from the participant. Coordinators, health professionals and family members can all send one to Unity Aid.

Three short steps, and the first alone is enough for Unity Aid to call you back. Anything you would rather say on the phone can be left blank.
Eleven supports, each with its own page. They sit under NDIS above, and every one of them is listed here so none is left without a way in.
Unity Aid supports people across Melbourne’s eastern and north-eastern suburbs, from our office at 15-17 Highview Drive, Doncaster. If you are not sure whether your area is covered, ask anyway. Coverage changes, and the answer is often yes.
