I’ve been working in the disability and aged care sector since 2013, and over the years, I’ve learned that this work is so much more than just providing services, it’s about building connections, understanding people’s needs, and supporting them to live the life they choose.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with many wonderful individuals and families. I’ve taken on different roles, each teaching me something new about empathy, respect, and the importance of person-centred care. I’ve also been recognised several times for providing outstanding service, something I’m truly proud of because many of those nominations came directly from clients.
My goal is to create a service that truly empowers people, a place where everyone feels supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. I believe in care that inspires confidence, builds independence, and celebrates every achievement, big or small.
